Film screenings that are open to the campus and broader community require public performance rights. This includes screenings that are hosted by student organizations or other campus units. While the IU Kokomo Library purchases films for classroom use, some of our collections and titles do include public performance rights.

- Swank College CampusTo secure public performance rights for a movie to be shown at a campus event that is not tied to a specific course, we recommend starting by requesting a quote here. NOTE: This is a separate branch of the company through which the Library licenses films for educational purposes.
- Criterion PicturesCriterion Pictures is another PPR licensing for campus events and includes many films unavailable to license via Swank College Campus.
- Kanopy This link opens in a new windowSelect titles in Kanopy also include public performance rights for the duration of their one-year license. Look for the PPR symbol under the title, or use the search filters to limit to titles with PPR included.
