Tips for locating books
Service learning is an approved Library of Congress subject heading and will be used in the online catalog, IUCAT, to find service learning materials. "Here are entered works on programs for students to perform community service as an aspect of their education either as a requirement for which academic credit is received or as an opportunity for which to volunteer."
If you would like to browse service learning materials located in the STACKS the majority (but not all) are found under the classification number LC 220.5.
To locate only materials available at the IU Kokomo Library make sure to search only Kokomo.
Some materials may be electronic resources or e-books.
To locate all materials within the IU Libraries search ALL libraries (check the All IUCAT box). If you find materials at another IU Library you may use the Request This link to request the item.
Don't forget to use bibliographies in the items you locate to search for additional materials.
